Aric Vinacke brings nearly 20 years of experience operating within some of the most respected PEO organizations in the country. Before leading PEO Analysis, Aric served as Executive Director of Sales for a publicly traded national PEO, where he supported market development initiatives and collaborated with leadership teams on compliance planning, benefits strategy, and workforce growth decisions. He has had the opportunity to work with organizations ranging from startup environments to private-equity funded companies expanding nationally.

Aric and company founders have had a strong professional relationship for more than 15 years.
